【摘要】 目的 :了解Bcl 2基因蛋白在肝脏恶性肿瘤中的表达情况。方法 :对 5 6例不同类型的肝脏恶性肿瘤进行了Bcl 2单克隆抗体的免疫组化染色。结果 :肝细胞癌阳性表达率为 2 2 .7% (5 / 2 2 ) ,胆管细胞癌为75 % (12 / 16 ) ,肝转移性癌为 2 2 .2 % (4 / 18) ,其中胆管细胞癌的阳性表达率和染色强度均高于肝细胞癌 ,2 2例肝细胞癌的癌旁组织中检出肝细胞异型增生 6例 ,其中仅 1例Bcl 2呈阳性表达。结论 :Bcl 2基因蛋白可能在胆管细胞癌的发生中起重要作用 ,而对肝细胞的分裂、增殖无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of Bcl-2 protein in liver malignant tumor.Methods:Using immunohistochemical technique,the expression of Bcl-2 protein was detected in 56 cases liver cancer.Results:Bcl-2 positive rate was 22.7% in liver cell carcinoma,75% in bile duct cell carcinoma and 22.2% in metastasis hepatoma.Conclusion:Bcl-2 protein maybe play an important role in the progression of bile duct cell cancer,but don’t influence the division and prolifiration of liver cell.更多还原
