脉冲电晕法中的双脉冲电源的研制
Development of Dual-Pulse High Voltage Generator
【摘要】 研制设计了脉冲电晕法脱硫脱硝重要组成部分的双脉冲电源 ,它由高压发生、控制、火花间隙开关 3部分组成 ,可产生 6 0kV的脉冲高压 ,改变电容器容量可改变脉冲宽度。该实验所选电机转速 4 0 0 0r/min ,容性负载 30pF ,脉宽 <2 0 0ns,上升沿 <5 0ns,频率调节范围 0 <H≤ 2 0 0Hz双脉冲高压电源。与正脉冲供电相比 ,双脉冲供电具有供电稳定、防止反应器击穿的优点 ,对脱硫脱硝一体化有很重要的意义
【Abstract】 Dual-Pulse high voltage generator consists of 3 parts: high voltage generation, controlling and spark gap switch. It can produce 60 kV high voltage pulse and the width of pulse can be adjusted with changing capacitance of capacitors. 200 pF capacitor and 4000 r/min speed motor are chosen. It produces pulse with 400 ns width, 50 ns front and frequency varying from 0 to 200. Compared with simple pulse generator, the dual pulse generator has advantage of stable output, breakdown-poof for reactor. This device is a fundamental component of equipment for desulfurization and desaltpetre.
