传导干扰仿真参数的计算与验证

【摘要】 详细论述了对某装置传导干扰参数的计算和测量 ,分别采用四矩形定理、有限元和双能量原理计算分析了电感参数、分布电容参数和平板电阻。根据计算所得参数用PSPICE建立了仿真电路 ,干扰的仿真计算结果与测试结果基本吻合 ,证明了参数计算的准确性

【Abstract】 Conductive coupling interference is the main factor in a large power pulsed generator. The conductive interference can be quantificationally analyzed and calculated using circuit simulating model, which depends on the accuracy of the circuit parameters in the model. The paper calculates the conductive interference parameters for a certain equipment, and establishes a simulating circuit. The parameters of the inductance, capacitance and plain resistance are obtained by use of the four matrix theorem, finite element method and double energy theory respectively. The circuit is emulated using PSPICE. Comparing the simulation results with the measured results, the results show the parameters are validated.
