局部放电远程识别中的分形图像压缩方法

【摘要】 研究了局部放电图像分形压缩技术 ,分析了解码图像误差对识别结果的影响。大量的样本数据识别结果说明 :采用分形图像压缩技术能获得较高的局放图像压缩比 ,提高了系统对远程计算机存储局放图像的识别速度 ,使局放图像远程识别系统具有更强的实用性

【Abstract】 With wide application of the computer network in the electrical power industry, a partial discharge pattern recognition system is required not only to be very capable of recognizing PD patterns, but also to adopt the data compression technique to reduce the telecommunication time, as thereby can improve the rate to classify the PD data stored in remote computer. In this paper the fractal image compression technique is used to design the PD image remote recognition system. The influences of compression errors on recognition results are furthermore studied. It can be shown from analysis of the recognition results of large quantities of the PD samples that the considerably high compression ratio of PD images is achieved in use of fractal image compression technique which improves the corresponding recognition rate to PD images stored in remote computers and make the PD pattern remote recognition system more practicable.
