绝缘油介损及体积电阻率一体化测试系统研究
RESEARCH ON THE INTEGRATIVE MEASURING SYSTEM OF DIELECTRIC LOSS AND VOLUME RESISTIVITY OF INSULATING OIL
【摘要】 研制了绝缘油介损及体积电阻率一体化测试系统 ,该系统以分段控制的积分分离式PID算法控制油杯恒温控制系统 ,应用外施高频脉冲技术、通道自校正技术及先进抗谐波技术 ,以提高测量结果的准确度及稳定性。实测结果表明该系统油杯控温迅速 ,能使油样在 15min内达 90°C温度平衡 ,测量介损及体积电阻率的稳定性和准确性很高。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the integrative measuring system of dielectric loss and volume resistivity of insulating oil is presented. The thermostatic control system is controlled by subdivision controlled integral-separated PID algorithm. The application of applied high-frequency pulse technique, channel self-correction technique and advanced anti-harmonic technique improve the accuracy and stability of results. Experiment results have verified that the thermostatic control system contains the merits of high accuracy.
