电子式互感器的校准方法与技术

【摘要】 电子式互感器校准的对象是小电压信号和数字序列 ,其数据处理、传递时间产生延时。电子式互感器相位误差与额定频率有关且等于相位差减去由于额定相位差和额定延时所引起的偏移量。电子式互感器的校准需用标准电磁式互感器作为标准器 ,通过感应分压器、标准电阻或标准A/D转换器变换标准信号后与被测信号比较。建立电子式互感器校准系统需要进行标准器溯源、不确定度分析、比对等工作。

【Abstract】 Electronic instrument transducers are calibrated for the small voltage signal or a numeric sequence. Electronic instrument transducers have time delay due to data processing, transmission, etc. So the phase error is the difference between the actual phase displacement and the rated phase displacement considering the difference between the actual time delay and the rated time delay and related to the rated frequency. The standard conventional transformers are needed for the calibration of the electronic instrument transducers. The output of the standard conventional transformer is converted by induced voltage divider, reference resistance or reference AD converter. Then the converted signal is compared with the test signal. At the last of the paper, the future work of tracing to the source standard, analyzing of uncertainty, comparison for designing the new calibration system is discussed.
