长间隙触发真空开关的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON LONG-GAP TRIGGERED VACUUM SWITCH
【摘要】 报导了长间隙触发真空开关的实验研究结果 ,包括导通过程、触发可靠性、触发时延及工作稳定性。实验表明 ,采用高压小电流击穿与低压大电流续流的触发电路 ,可保证触发可靠性 ;长间隙触发真空开关有良好的工作稳定性 ,除得到更高工作电压的触发真空开关外 ,还可用于长间隙真空电弧特性的研究。
【Abstract】 In this paper, some experimental results of long-gap triggered vacuum switch(TVS) are presented, including the switching-on process, triggering reliability and time-delay of triggering, and its working stability. The experimental results indicate that the high triggering reliability can be gained using the trigger circuit based on high voltage-small current first and low voltage-large current subsequently. The long gap TVS also has high working stability. Besides higher working voltage obtained from long-gap TVS, it can be used such as in the study of long vacuum arc too.
