【摘要】 目的　探讨牙龈切除术后预防性口服抗菌素治疗的可行性和局部应用曲安缩松治疗的效果。方法　选择牙龈切除术病例 30例 ,用高频电刀切除增生牙龈、修整龈缘后 ,随机分为曲安缩松药膏治疗组和口服抗菌素治疗组 ,术后1、2周检查牙龈组织愈合情况及牙龈形态、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、疼痛程度。结果　曲安缩松药膏治疗组术后 1周PLI、GI、疼痛程度均低于口服抗菌素治疗组 ,创面的牙龈上皮组织基本愈合 ,组织修复优于口服抗菌素治疗组 ,术后 2周两组各项指标无明显差异。结论　牙龈切除术后无需预防性口服抗菌素治疗 ,而局部应用曲安缩松可明显促进术后牙龈组织愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of postsurgical antibiotics or applying Triamcinolone Ointment after gingivectitomy . Me- thods 30 gingival hyperplasia completed gingivectomy and gingivoplasty by electic knife were divided into two grpups, one group were given systemic antibiotics (roxithromycine 0.3 g, bid 5 d; Bid metronidazole 0.4 g, tid 5 d), the other group were treated with Triamcinolone Ointment. PLI, GI pain degree (PD) and the appearence of gingiva were recorded at 1, 2 weeks postsurgery. Results PLI, GI, pain degree at 1 week were lower for Triamcinolone Ointment group than the antibiotics group, gingival epithelium was completely covered the gingival surface in Triamcinolone Ointment group at 1 week, the gingival tissue healing for Triamcinolone Ointment group was better than the antibiotics group. There were no deferences in clinical indices between two groups at 2 weeks. Conclusion Administation of postsurgical antibiotics did not produced any superior effect, it was Triamcinolone Ointment that facilitated gingival tissue healing.更多还原
