【摘要】 目的 探讨通过对牙周炎合并磨牙症患者的治疗方法,观察牙周病与磨牙症联合治疗的疗效,旨在为牙周病的临床治疗提供一种思路。方法 选取40例成人牙周炎合并磨牙症患者,随机分为2组,对照组行牙周基础治疗,试验组行牙周病与磨牙症联合治疗,6个月后复诊,测量并记录治疗前后牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失及牙松动度,进行统计分析。结果 对照组治疗前后牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失、牙松动度,经配对t检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗前后相应牙周各参数,经配对t检验差异也有统计学意义(P<0.015)。而对于试验组与对照组治疗前后各指标的差值的t检验表明:两组牙龈指数、牙周袋深度及附着丧失改变无统计学意义(P>0.05);而牙齿动度的改变在两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 成人牙周炎合并磨牙症患者戴用磨牙矫治器是有益的辅助治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study is aimed at comparing the effects of treatment between regimen of routine periodontal treatment and that of routine periodontal treatment combined with treatment associated with bruxism. Methods 40 patients from 157 patients visiting dental office complaining with typical adult periodontitis combined with bruxism were randomly allocated into two groups. One group(contrast group) was treated with routine periodontal regimen while another group(control group) was treated with routine periodontal treatment combined with splint designed specially for bruxism. Several periodontal parameters were evaluated including GI(ginginvitis index), periodontal pocket depth, Ices of attachment and tooth mobility. Statistical analysis was done. Results As for the contrast group, the pre-test and the post-test values of GI(ginginvitis index), periodontal pocket depth, loss of attachment and teeth mobility have statistically significant difference. As for the control group, these parameters d the pre-test and post-test also have statistically significant difference. When the variation between pre-test and post-test of parametem occuring in contrast group were compared those of control group, all variation(prep-test minus post-test value) except tooth mobility shows no significant difference between those of control and contrast groups(P>0.05). Conclusion For patients complaining with typical adult periodontitis combined with bruxism, routine periodontal treatment combined with splint designed specially for bruxism is an advisable regimen persuing for better prognosis outcome.更多还原
