双钙钛矿型Ba2SmSbO6的水热合成和结构表征

【摘要】 在温和水热条件下合成了双钙钛矿型 Ba2 Sm Sb O6 ,通过 XRD,IR,ICP,XPS,VSM和 1 2 1 Sb Mo¨ ss-bauer谱对产物的物相、结构、锑离子价态和磁化率等进行了表征 . Ba2 Sm Sb O6 具有立方钙钛矿结构 ,F m3 m空间群 ,晶胞参数 a=0 .85 0 97( 2 0 ) nm,V=0 .61 62 3 ( 2 0 ) nm,Sm和 Sb离子呈岩盐型有序排列 ,锑为 +5价
【Abstract】 Hydrothermal technique was used for the synthesis of double perovskite-type oxide Ba 2SmSbO 6 and the crystal structure was refined by Rietveld using GSAS software. The Ba 2SmSbO 6 compound has a cubic symmetry(space group Fm3m) with cell parameters a= 0.850 97(20) nm and V= 0.616 23(25) nm 3, and it shows an ordered arrangement of Sm and Sb ions. The synthesized Ba 2SmSbO 6 was characterized by XRD, IR, ICP, XPS and 121Sb M o¨ssbauer spectrum methods. The results indicated that the molar ratio of n(Ba)∶n(Sm)∶n(Sb) is closing to 2∶1∶1, and the antimony valence state is +5.
