MoO3/ZrO2纳米固体强酸催化剂的制备及其在异丁烷-丁烯烷基化反应中的应用
Synthesis of Strong Solid Acid MoO3/ZrO2 and Application to the Alkylation of Isobutane with Butene
【摘要】 利用 AOT/异辛烷反胶束体系制备了 Mo O3/Zr O2 纳米粒子 .TEM结果表明 ,反胶束法制得粒子的粒径均匀 ,95 %以上处于 3 8~ 60 nm之间 .将此纳米粒子负载于 γ-Al2 O3上 ,呈现高度分散状态 .NH3-TPD和烷基化反应的测定结果表明 ,其酸量和反应活性明显高于浸渍法和溶胶 -凝胶法制备的样品 ,烷基化产物中C8的含量在 79%左右
【Abstract】 MoO 3/ZrO 2 nanoparticles were synthesized in AOT/isooctane reverse micelle system. The transmission electron microscope(TEM) results indicate that the size distribution of nanoparticles is normal and the size of more than 95% particles is between 38 and 60 nm. MoO 3/ZrO 2 particles was loaded on \{ γ -Al 2O 3\} and present a high dispersity. According to NH 3-TPD and alkylation,MoO 3/ZrO 2 particles apparently have more acid sites and higher activity than those prepared by using impregnation and sol-gel method. The yield of C 8 is about 79%.
