PEEK-PEDEK嵌段共聚物的合成与热性能研究
Synthesis and Thermal Properties of PEEK-PEDEK Block Copolymers
【摘要】 在亲核取代基础上通过分步加料法合成了一系列联苯含量不同的 PEEK-PEDEK嵌段共聚物 ,并对其热性能与结晶行为进行了初步研究 .结果表明 ,联苯的引入明显提高了聚合物的玻璃化转变温度 ;聚合物的熔点随联苯含量的增加呈先下降后上升的变化规律 ,体系在联苯含量为 2 0 %处出现最低共熔点 .
【Abstract】 A series of PEEK-PEDEK block copolymers were synthesized by one step method. Their crystallization and melting behavior were analyzed by Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) and Wide Angle X-ray Diffraction (WAXD). The results show that the glass transition temperature of the copolymer increases obviously as a result of the introduction of biphenyl (BP) units. With the increasing of BP molar fraction,the melting point presents a down and up trend whereas the lowest melting point turns out at a point where the molar fraction of biphenyl is 20%. [WT5HZ]
