(EnH2)2Ge2S6的合成与结构表征
Synthesis and Structure Characterization of (EnH2)2Ge2S6
【摘要】 用溶剂热方法制备了 (En H2 ) 2 Ge2 S6 单晶 .单晶 X射线衍射分析结果表明 ,(En H2 ) 2 Ge2 S6 属单斜晶系 ,P2 (1 ) / n空间群 ,晶胞参数 a=0 .671 2 5 (5 ) nm,b=1 .1 2 2 90 (4 ) nm,c=1 .0 75 1 8(4 ) nm,β=92 .2 88(2 )°,Z=2 .利用 DSC及 TG分析研究了其热稳定性 ,结果表明 ,该化合物在 2 0 0℃以下能够稳定存在 .
【Abstract】 Solvothermal technique was used for the synthesis of (EnH 2) 2Ge 2S 6 and the crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The compound comprises of isolated diborane-like Ge 2S 4- 6 formed by edge-sharing of two tetrahedral GeS 4. The atoms in Ge 2S 4- 6 are located in two orthogonal planes, two Ge atoms and bridging sulfur atoms are in one plane and terminal sulfurs and Ge in the other one. The compound belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/n, with a=0.671 25(5) nm, b=1.122 90(4) nm, c=1.075 18(4) nm, β=92.288(2)°, Z=2; V=0.809 77 nm3. DSC-TG studies show that the compound is stable below 200 ℃.
