【Abstract】 As the production management of the power system and the safe/reliable operation of the power grid depend on normal operation of the Dispatching Automatization System more and more, it looks very needful for us to construct a spare dispatching control centre in order to guarantee the normal control of power grid under the system would be with trouble or other balefulness.
