【Abstract】 This paper deals with the instructive ideas and fundamental principles to establish the cultivating schemes of four-year students in all specialties under the circumstance of the popularization of higher education. It puts forward the reform notion of a total adjustment of the cultivating scheme of the four-year students in all the specialties, having introduced the reform practices in the goal of cultivation, curriculum setting, practice systems and individual development of the students and so on.更多还原
