【Abstract】 The normalization of language is a must in the long-run stability of China. So this thesis displays that Chinese language and its characters were created by all Chinese nationalities in the long past by studying the process of the formation of the Chinese characters. China has adopted legal action to guarantee the official position of Chinese, and to popularize putonghua and simplified characters, which fits in the national conditions, making much contribution to the fulfillment of China’s legal system.更多还原
