板栗瘿蜂的防治技术研究
Study on the Controlling Methods of Chestnut Gall Wasp (Dryocomus kuriphilus)
【摘要】 用吡虫啉防治板栗瘿蜂并测定其在栗实中的残留物 ,结果表明 :吡虫啉可替代乐果或乐果与敌敌畏混合液应用于防治栗瘿蜂。在栗瘿蜂幼虫期 ,用包扎枝干的方法施用 1 0 %吡虫啉可湿性粉剂 2 0 0g/L溶液后 ,嫁接 5年生和 1 2年生板栗树上栗瘿蜂的虫口减退率分别为 85 .70 %和 2 3.0 6 %。在栗瘿蜂成虫期 ,用吡虫啉 0 .5g/L溶液或 2 .5 %鱼藤精乳油 2 g/L溶液或 0 .3%印楝素乳油 2 g/L溶液喷洒树冠 ,翌年栗树上栗瘿蜂的虫口减退率分别为 89.6 5 % ,6 7.2 3%和 6 9.71 %。施用了吡虫啉栗树的果实中均没有残留物。用人工摘瘿兼挂瘿的方法处理栗树 ,次年栗树上栗瘿蜂的虫口减退率达 85 .2 2 %。
【Abstract】 A trial on controlling of chestnut gall wasp ( Dryocomus kuriphilus ) and residual determination of imidacloprid in chestnut were carried out.The results suggest that imidacloprid can substitute dimethoate or the mixture of dimethoate and dichlorvos as an insecticide of controlling chestnut gall wasp. In the larval phase, the rates of gall were decreased by 85.70% and 23.06% for 5 years and 12 years old chestnuts respectively after the part of branch or trunk was wrapped with a bandage absorbed imidacloprid (10% imidacloprid 200 g/L).In the adult stage , the rate of gall was reduced by 89.65% ,67.23% and 69.71% the next year respectively after the crown of chestnut was sprayed with imidacloprid (10% imidacloprid 0.50 g/L), or rotenone(2.5% rotenone 0.67 g/L) or margosan-O (0.3% margosan-O 0.67 g/L) .The residue of imidacloprid in chestnut was not detected by liquid chromatography. The rate of gall was decreased by 85.22% the next year by picking all galls from a chestnut tree and then hanging them on the tree.
