【Abstract】 Transmissivity and reflectance of long period grating and its combination were derived by using the coupled mode theory and coupled mode equation. Then Matlab was used to simulate the result and the regulation which long period fiber grating’s transmission alter with the varity of length, period and coupling coefficient was generalized.
