【摘要】 针对项目群管理中项目选择问题,综合考虑项目评价中定性与定量要素,建立了项目期望收益的评价指标体系,应用模糊数学基本理论构造了模糊综合评价法,求得项目期望收益的效用值,并借鉴会计学中约当概念,对管理资源的量化进行了尝试。在此基础上,应用有效梯度法,针对资金和管理资源两项约束进行项目的排序和优选。最后通过一个算例说明了该方法的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to solve project choice problems in programme management. Considering subjective factors and objective factors in project assessment, the paper establishes an evaluation index system for expected profits from the project. A fuzzy integrated evaluation method is presented. A valid gradient method is employed to rank and choose projects with constraints of capital sources and management resources. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the application of the method.更多还原
