【Abstract】 The difficulty in making profit from urban rail transit construction is a world problem,because the imbalance of cost and income has obstructed the development of urban transit.Based on the benefit relations and the present status of urban rail transit,the feasibility of benefit return and profit development is discussed.This article also discusses a joint development of urban rail transit construction,land use and financing approach of multi-channel,multi-factor investment.This paper argues that the management steps shall be taken to utilize the resources of urban rail transit under the market mechanism.更多还原
