微波法溶解废旧锌-锰电池正极活性物中锰的溶解条件的研究
Study on the Conditions of Dissolving Manganese in Anode Active Materials of Waste Zn-Mn Batteries by Microware Radiation
【摘要】 用盐酸-过氧化氢混合溶剂溶解废旧干电池正极活性物,用微波炉加热后,锰可定量留在溶液中,用高碘酸钾 加热显色光度法测定锰的含量。适宜的溶解条件:盐酸浓度2mol/L,加热时间60s,过氧化氢浓度3%,微波炉火力20%,固液比 0.2g:12ml。
【Abstract】 The determination method of manganese in anode active materials of waste Zn-Mn batteries using HCL-H2O2 fusion method heated by microware oven was briefly described manganese will be dissolved in solvent.Then suitable conditions were HCl-2mol/L; H2O2-3%; heated time-60s; microwares efficiency-20%; liquid:solid-0.2:12ml. The measuring the content of manganese whit 724-visible spectrophotometers.
