【摘要】 以罗非鱼加工废弃物--罗非鱼排为原料,对罗非鱼骨粉在不同的酸浓度、配比条件、活化时间、活化温度等条件下,转化成活性钙的效果进行了研究。结果表明,以m(脱脂鱼骨粉,g):v(20％的乳酸,mL)=1:7,在活化温度35℃下浸泡脱脂鱼骨粉16h,制备活性钙的效果最佳。更多还原
