呋喃酮化学研究进展
<title>search Progress on Furanone Chemistry
【摘要】 五元杂环的呋喃酮类化合物包括3(2H)-呋喃酮、2(5H)-呋喃酮,前者是天然香气物质的重要成分;后者在药物和生物活性物质中具有重要地位,也是有机合成中合成五元内酯化合物的重要中间体。随着呋喃酮化学研究的不断深入.它们的存在、合成与各种应用,近来日益受到重视,本文对其近年来的进展情况进行了综述。
【Abstract】 <abstract>th the advance of studies on the chemistry of furanones, recently more and more importance has been attached to their presence, synthesis and many applications. As a kind of five-membered heterocyclic compound, many 3(2H)-furanones are important in natural perfumes, and some 2 (5H)-furanones are important natural components in medicines, or have peculiar biological activity. At the same time, many 2 (5H)-furanones are also important synthetic intermediates for five-membered lactones.
