彩色伪随机阵列在主动三维视觉检测中的应用
The application of multicolor pseudo-random encoded array in active visual inspection
【摘要】 要用一幅图像在三维欧氏空间中重构三维场景,尤其是动态的三维场景,常用的点结构光、线结构光扫描法不能满足要求。一个有效的方法是采用伪随机编码结构光照明主动视觉技术:用编码结构光照明被测场景,因为伪随机编码阵列中任一子窗口阵列都唯一,所以通过对场景图像中编码窗口的查寻,可以确定图像中编码点在编码阵列中的位置,从而使场景被测表面每一个特征点都具有唯一的代码,能唯一被辨识,并最终得以重构。
【Abstract】 For 3D reconstruction especially for dynamic 3D reconstruction with one single image, the correspondences between the surface to be recovered and its image are very difficult to register due to dot and line structured light can not tackle this problem. A practical method is to use an active machine vision technique with pseudo-random encoded array illumination i.e., illuminate the scene with encoded structure light. In the reconstruction process, the scene surface to be recovered is illuminated with a pseudo-random encoded array pattern. Then the correspondences in the grabbed image are identified uniquely based on the window characteristics of the array pattern.
