光度测量系统中的光子计数采集卡
Photo counter in the photometric measurement system
【摘要】 光度测量系统需要实时采集并存储光子计数值。针对其高频特点,提出了基于 FPGA 技术和 PCI总线实现高速实时光子计数采集的方法,在 FPGA 内部构造双计数器,很好地实现了无缝计数,从而降低了光子计数的误差。采用 S5933 PCI控制芯片设计的集成采集卡,通用性强,在实用中完全满足高速实时要求。
【Abstract】 In the photometric measurement system, it is necessary to capture and store the amount of photons in real time. In view of its character of high frequency, a high-speed real-time photon data capture board based on the technology of FPGA and the PCI bus was developed. By adopting a double-counter constructed in FPGA to realize “glue” count, the error of photon counting can be reduced. Through S5933 PCI control chip to communicate with the computer, the board can meet high-speed and real-time requirement during operation.
