【Abstract】 To promote the positive role of market to develop productivity,the most important thing is to set up a fair competitive and unified market system,so that market,s basic function on resource-collocated can really work.A mass of trade-monopoly and regional-monopoly in the planned economy blocks badly the improvement of efficiency.Therefore,anti-monopoly is an important and urgent task for us to face.Idiographic measures include:pass and carry out an anti-monopoly law,reduce and abolish the unnecessary examining and approving system of administration,introduce competitive mechanism,put into effect the policy of price-control.更多还原
