金属磁记忆无损检测的应用
Application of nondestructive test with metal magnetic memory
【摘要】 针对沙角C电厂3台机组末级再热器炉顶穿墙管爆漏的严重情况,应用金属磁记忆无损检测技术对爆管原因进行分析,为此,介绍了金属磁记忆无损检测技术的原理、检测仪器、检测方法;比较分析了金属磁记忆无损检测技术和传统无损检测技术的根本区别,指出它所具有的优越性。文章最后总结出:磁记忆检验是这类爆漏管子事故早期诊断并实现状态检修的有效手段。
【Abstract】 Nondestructive test (NDT) technique with metal magnetic memory is used to diagnose the serious burst of the final-stage reheater tubes through boiler roof for the three units in Shajiao C Power Plant. The principles, testing devices and method of the technique are described, and its advantages over traditional NDT technique analyzed. It is concluded that magnetic memory test is efficient in early diagnosis for tube bursts of this kind and the realization of state maintenance.
