【Abstract】 The traditional Russell efficiency measure is widely used in measuring productive efficiency for its feature of being non-radial. But the difficulties in computing result from the model’s non-radial feature on the other hand. An arithmetic of adjusted Russell efficiency measure is provided in this paper. A DEA model is also provided based on this arithmetic to solve the computing difficulties and an instance is given.更多还原
