【Abstract】 Horizontal merger changes the profit of enterprise which take part in merger, but also changes the profits of (supply) chain. Based on Cournot competition and assume of merger without synergy, the effects of supplier, producer, (retailer) and all chains after horizontal merger are researched in this paper. How the power of supply chain will affect the (results) of merger is also researched. An example is given to prove that the power and amount of merger is important in (horizontal) merger.更多还原
