【摘要】 在现今的系统评估方法研究中,通常都把每一决策单元即被评估者看成一种客体,被动的由评估者进行优选,缺乏主动性,往往与现实不符。本文从新的角度,引入目标参数,提出基于自互评体系的竞争性评估模型(CEMCO),分别从自评和互评的角度,把每一决策单元即被评估者作为一种主体来参与各方案优选的竞争。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the system evaluation approaches today, each decision unit is commonly regarded as one object and selected by evaluation institution, which is not agree with reality because of the absence of rivalrousness. From a new point of view, this paper introduces objective parameter and presents a model of competitive evaluation based on commenting system by oneself and each other. Each decision unit on its own initiative competes for its maximum dominance from the point of commenting by itself and commenting each other.更多还原
