【摘要】 企业产品开发过程是一项复杂的系统工程。本文通过分析设计开发活动之间的关系,建立设计开发活动的矩阵表示(设计结构矩阵),给出设计结构矩阵的具体实现方法;实现耦合活动集的代数方法识别,在此基础上实现设计开发活动优化重组,包括活动分解和耦合活动集的解偶方法;设计结构矩阵(DSM)为复杂产品设计开发提供一种系统的方法;最后,通过一个实例说明该建模方法的实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Product design process is a complex systematic engineering. By analyzing relations between two designing activities,Matrix representation for product design process is introduced in the paper.A method for constructing design structure matrix based-activity is presented; An algebra analyzing method is proposed for identifying coupling activity sets; Algorithms for activity decomposing and activity tearing are presented, and re-engineering for design process is proposed; A case - crane telescopic boom design process modeling with design structure matrix, is presented in the paper.更多还原
