【Abstract】 The special fields of economic and management systems engineering are developing with the era feature of inherit the past and usher in the future and get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh by the economic and management science circles of our country in recent years. To find out some hot spots in the developing economic and management sciences and engineering is conductive to further open up the broad space of socio-economic and management systems engineering. On this background, to discuss some focal points of our country’s socio-economic and management that are worth to circumspect and far-sighted by experts in systems sciences, perhaps, even more make theory integratewith practice.
