【摘要】 本文根据实验数据,用最小二乘法拟合,得到各线路上有功潮流关于各机组出力的近似表达式,设计了较为合理的阻塞费用计算规则。引入危险因子概念,把输电阻塞管理问题归结为首先以危险因子为目标函数的规划问题,再以其最小值为约束,求得使阻塞费用最小的出力分配方案。本文文字简洁,论述清楚。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we design a rule of jam-expense calculating, and introduce the danger index to reflect the security of the transfer route, and then put forward a model of electric jam management.
