轴向间距对时序效应影响的研究
INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF AXIAL GAPS ON CLOCKING EFFECTS
【摘要】 通过数值模拟研究了叶排间轴向间距对1.5级涡轮叶栅时序效应的影响。结果表明,轴向间距对时序效应有很 大影响,涡轮效率的变化幅度以及效率极值出现的位置都发生了明显改变。
【Abstract】 A 2D numerical investigation is conducted about the effects of axial gaps on the clocking effects in a 1.5 stage turbine. Results show that the different axial gaps have great influences on the aerodynamic efficiency: the clocking positions corresponding to the maximum and the minimum aerodynamic efficiencies and the amplitude of aerodynamic efficiencies under the influence of clocking effects.
