【Abstract】 Effective distribution of risks could give enthusiasm to those who assume the risks ,on the contrary ,unreasonable distribution of risks always impair the driving force to reduce the risks ,and then probably lead to the failure of the project . This article analyse something unreasonable in the distribution of risks at present, and put forward some advices to improve the project management model within the stage of design and construction of the project according to some principles to distribute the risks effectively.更多还原
