【Abstract】 Taking a hydraulic excavator as an example, the basic method and procedures are introduced for the 3D modeling of parts and components and overall machine of excavator. The importance of parametric modeling is emphasized. A CAD design platform is established through 3D modeling procedure, which make the product design more rational and the manufacturing period from design to trial production is shortened greatly.更多还原
