【Abstract】 Stress analysis was conducted on the drill rod of model ZY-200 piling rig with the structure analysis module of ANSYS finite element analysis software. The joints between every sections of drill rod were simulated with the method of node coupling and adding constraint equations, and weak connections were detected.
