O/W微乳液对α-萘酚光度法测定苯胺的增敏作用
Sensitizing Effect of O/W Microemulsion on Determination of Aniline by Spectrophotometry Using α-naphthol
【摘要】 研究了由Tween80/苯/正丁醇/水组成的O/W微乳液对α-萘酚光度法测定苯胺的影响,结果表明,该微乳液体系对测量有明显的增敏作用,摩尔吸光系数ε=4.6×104dm3.mol-1.cm-1,与用水做介质的体系相比,灵敏度增加了28%.线性范围由0—3.5mg.dm-3增加到0—4.3mg.dm-3.还对增敏机理进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 Sensitizing effect of O/W microemulsion on determination of aniline by spectrophotometry using-naphthol is studied. The sensitivity of the procedure in Tween 80/benzene/n-butyl alcohol / water O/W microemulsion medium (ε=4.6×104dm3.mol-1.cm-1.) is higer than that water medium . Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-4.3 mg dm-3 for-naphthol . The mechanism of sensitizing effect is also investigated.
