同源信息融合的空间领域诊断分析与应用
Diagnosis Analysis and Application in Special Scope Based on the Same Source Data Fusion
【摘要】 通过分析一个截面上两通道信息融合后所得椭圆的大小、方向及相位角,对转子两个截面四通道的同源数据进行融合,得出两个截面上各自的中心轨迹,而且此轨迹图形的中心位移的复数向量并不都是具有相同的幅角,但这两空间曲线旋转一周的时间是相同的.由此得出转子轴线空间振动图形.
【Abstract】 Through analyzing an ellipse’s size,direction and phase’s angle which are given by data fusion on two channels’same source data of one section,we take the method of the same source data fusion on four channels of two sections’data and gain the center of the two section’s orbits.The complex vectors of these or- bits center are not have the same phase,but the periodic time of all orbits is equal.Therefore we educe the ax- is’s special vibration curve of rotor.
