【Abstract】 A new management mode,"zero-stock",based on distribution and delivery of explosive materials by a monopoly company was put forward for ensuring the safety in use,store and transport of explosive materials.In this paper,the general situation on trial implementation of the"zero-stock" management mode in Zhongshan city was introduced and the social benefits produced by this mode were expatiated.In addition,the necessity and feasibility of extensively pursuing the"zero-stock" management mode were discussed in detail.更多还原
