【摘要】 目的　研究纤维连接蛋白、整合素α5β1 在大肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达与肿瘤细胞分化、转移等生物学行为的关系。方法　用免疫组化EV二步法检测 81例大肠癌及相应癌旁组织石蜡标本纤维连接蛋白和整合素α5β1 的表达情况。结果　在 81例大肠癌组织中纤维连接蛋白及整合素α5β1 表达量与相应的癌旁组织相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,大肠癌细胞中纤维连接蛋白及整合素α5β1 的表达量明显升高。低分化大肠癌组织中整合素α5β1 的表达量高于高分化大肠癌 ,其差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。整合素α5β1 在大肠癌的表达与淋巴结转移无相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。纤维连接蛋白在大肠癌癌细胞中的表达与大肠癌癌细胞的分化程度及淋巴结转移无相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　整合素α5β1 的表达与大肠癌癌变及癌细胞的分化关系较密切 ,与癌组织发生淋巴结转移的关系不明显。纤维连接蛋白的表达与大肠癌癌变关系较密切 ,而与癌细胞分化及是否发生淋巴结转移的关系不明显。提示纤维连接蛋白与其受体整合素α5β1 在大肠癌癌变中的作用值得进一步的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between the expression of fibronectin and integrin α 5β 1 in colorectal carcinomas and the biological behaviors of tumor cells including differentiation and metastasis. Methods The expression of fibronectin and integrin α 5β 1 was assessed in 81 colorectal carcinomas and non-cancerous tissue by using immunohistochemical technique. Results The expression of fibronectin and integrin α 5β 1 in 81 cases of colorectal carcinomas was higher than that of non-cancerous tissues( P <0 05). The expression of integrin α 5β 1 in moderate-or well-differentiated colorectal carcinomas was lower than that of the poor-differentiated tumors( P <0 05). The expression of integrin α 5β 1 in colorectal carcinomas was not correlated with lymph node metastasis ( P >0 05). The expression of fibronectin in colorectal carcinomas was not correlated with differentiation and metastasis ( P >0 05). Conclusion Expression of integrin α 5β 1 is significantly correlated with colorectal carcinomas carcinogenesis, differentiation, but not with lymph node metastasis. Expression of fibronectin is significantly associated with colorectal carcinomas carcinogenesis, but not with differentiation and lymph node metastasis.更多还原
