【摘要】 研究结果表明 :环草石斛成熟种子播种在培养基上 ,无论在光照或黑暗条件下 ,种胚均能萌发产生原球茎 ,既可直接成苗 ,又能继续增殖 ,诱导产生完整植株。种胚萌发的适宜培养基为MS +NAA 0 .2mg/L +6 BA 0 .2mg/L ;原球茎增殖适宜的培养基为MS +NAA 0 .5mg/L +6 BA 0 .2mg/L ;试管苗壮苗培养基为MS +NAA 1mg/L +6 BA 0 .5mg/L。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results in this study showed that in dark or light the mature seeds of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe could germinate growing into seedlings or dedifferentiating into protocorm on the medium. The protocorm could be cut into a few parts, each of which could be differentiated into plantlet. The medium MS+NAA 0.2mg/L+6-BA 0.2mg/L was adapted for seeds germinating, MS+NAA 0.5mg/L+6-BA 0.2mg/L for protocorm, MS+NAA1mg/L+6-BA 0.5mg/L for seedling strengthening.更多还原
