球团竖炉热工过程解析与模拟

【摘要】 在现场热工测试基础上 ,对导风墙—干燥床式球团竖炉的干燥、预热、焙烧与冷却过程进行解析 ,建立了导风墙—干燥床式球团竖炉热工过程的数学模型 ,并且对生产条件下的济钢 2号球团竖炉进行了模拟 ,结果表明 :计算值与模拟值基本相符 ,干燥床面积、焙烧风及冷却风与球团热流比、焙烧带氧含量是竖炉增产的关键因素 ,焙烧带氧含量须保证在 5 %以上

【Abstract】 A model of pelletizing shaft furnace was established by analysis of thermo technical processes, such as drying, preheating, roasting and cooling in the pelletizing shaft furnace based on measured data The temperature field in the pelletizing shaft furnace were examined under different conditions The results of testifying mathematical model show that the calculated and measured results are identical The results of simulation indicated that for existing furnace the drying of pellets is not completed, the oxygen content in roasting zone is not enough, there is no zone of uniform heating, and the key factors affected on the productivity of pelletizing shaft furnace are area of drying bed, thermo flow ratio of roasting and cooling air to pellet, and oxygen content In order to increase of productivity the pelletizing shaft furnace, the increase of area of drying bed and thermo flow ratio of roasting and cooling air and pellet, and more than 5 % of oxygen content in the roasting zone must be guaranteed
