450MPa级超细组织耐大气腐蚀钢板的开发与研制
NEW ULTRA-FINE GRAINED WEATHERING STEEL IN GRADE OF 450 MPa
【摘要】 利用变形诱导铁素体相变超细组织控制技术 ,通过对 0 9Cu PTi RE钢进行 Nb微合金化并进行控制轧制和冷却 ,开发研制了晶粒尺寸为 3.5~ 4 .8μm、屈服强度达 4 5 0 MPa级的高强度超细组织耐大气腐蚀钢板。研究结果表明 ,该钢具有良好的成形、焊接和耐大气腐蚀等性能
【Abstract】 In order to improving railway transportation efficiency,there is an attempt to use higher strength weathering steels for reducing vehicles weight,increasing lords and safety guarantee A new ultra fine grained microstructure control technology named DIFT controlled rolling process was used to develop ultra fine grain 09CuPTiRE For conventional weathering steel 09CuPTiRE microalloyed with Nb, much finer microstructure with ferrite grain size of 3 5~4 8 μm could be obtained through controlled rolling and cooling As a result,the yield strength of the steel is enhanced to 450 MPa It’s revealed that this steel has a good formability,weldability and corrosion, resistance property
