正常炉况下炉衬和冷却板稳态温度场的研究
STUDY ON STEADY TEMPERATURE FIELD OF COOLING PLATE AND LINING OF BLAST FURNACE
【摘要】 鞍钢新 1号 32 0 0 m3高炉采用冷却板作为冷却设备 ,优化冷却板材质及结构是高炉长寿的基础。优化的目的就是尽可能降低冷却板前端温度 ,保证凝结一层渣铁壳。建立了冷却板及炉衬三维稳态温度场数学模型 ,开发了冷却板及炉衬温度场计算软件 ,研究了冷却板材质导热系数、壁厚、冷却水流速等参数对温度场变化的影响 ,从而为冷却板的设计和制造奠定了基础
【Abstract】 The optimization of the material and design of cooling plate is the basis of long campaign for blast furnace. The a layer frozen slag-metal in the front of cooling plate was made for optimization.The three-dimensional mathematical model for steady temperature field of cooling plate and lining was established, The computational software of the temperature field was developed.The influence of the wall thickness and thermal conductivity and cooling water velocity, etc.on the temperature field was studied.
