高碳钢方坯连铸中心缩孔去除

【摘要】 从理论上分析了高碳钢方坯连铸中心缩孔产生的原因及降低的途径。通过 32炉浇钢试验 ,得出拉速对中心缩孔的作用大于钢水过热度 ,同时讨论了强冷段、强冷段水量、二冷段水量等参数对中心缩孔的影响

【Abstract】 The formation and the way to eliminate central pipe of high carbon steel in continuously cast billet were analyzed theoretically Based on the data from 32 heats, the effect of casting speed on the central pipe is more important than that of overheat of molten steel The influence of parameters such as the TSR zone, the cooling water flow rate in TSR zone and in secondary cooling zone are also discussed
