【Abstract】 New type of economic crime, mainly taking the form of new tools, new fields, new objects and new subjects, is of great social danger. Public security organs should take "stability first" as guidance and stick to "combine striking with preventing, preventing first". They should have creative sense and explore new train of thought, new route and new mechanism in dealing with new type of economic crime. They should have a highly qualified public security team for economic investigation to meet the needs of cracking down on new type of economic crime.
