【Abstract】 In order to avoid such risks to gain high success rate of information system projects, this paper defines the real meaning of the failure and the risk of information system projects, identifies the risks, tries to analyze the complex relationship among them by Complex Adaptive System (CAS) theory, and provides the possible strategies and management process.
