纤维素纤维超临界CO2染色机理研究
Study on the Mechanism of Dyeing of Cellulose Fiber by Supercritical CO2
【摘要】 研究了纤维素纤维超临界CO2 状态下用分散染料染色操作方法和工艺参数 ,对超临界状态下溶解度、染色牢度、匀染性、织物强力、染色机理进行分析探讨 ,确定了影响染色效果的主要因素。
【Abstract】 This paper studied the operating methods and the technological parameters of cellulose fibers which were dyed by disperse dye under the condition of supercritical CO-2.The dissolvability of disperse dye,color fastness,levelness,fabric strength,and dyeing mechanism were analyzed.And the principle factors which affect dyeing were also determined.
