【Abstract】 How to strengthen the training of the practical ability of the students of Law Major has long been a knotty problem in the Law education in China. Combining with the features and conditions in the law schools and departments in ordinary colleges and universities in China, we’ 11 demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of offeringopen experimental courses--law clinical program for law students in above mentioned colleges and departments,so as to make some helpful exploration for enhancing the practical ability and professional skill of the law students in ordinary colleges and universities.更多还原
